Kayla started with RSI in 2019 as an HR Assistant and was promoted to Healthcare Recruiter. Kayla is the ideal recruiter because she has excellent relationship-building and communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of case management. Kayla also works as the Executive Administrator for a Case Management Non-profit called CMSA of the Chesapeake since 2016. She has additional healthcare experience with the University of Maryland Rehab and Orthopedic Institute where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for Post-Acute Care Services for 4 years.
Kayla has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Accounting from Salisbury University.
